Exceptional Circumstances Refunds may be considered only at the sole discretion of Anu-Yog Yoga Class in rare cases such as: Duplicate payment Technical payment failure where amount is debited but service is not provided Any such request must be raised within 7 days of payment with valid proof. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first is considered a violation of this policy Fraudulent chargebacks may lead to permanent account suspension We reserve the right to submit proof of service delivery to the payment gateway This helps maintain trust with payment partners such as Razorpay. 7.
